【Horizon Love Plan】 New Progress in Public Welfare | 150 Street Lights Illuminate Daliangshan, Illuminating the Road to Rural Revitalization and Happiness
On January 19, 2026, the "Horizon Plan - Lighting up Rural Public Welfare Campaign" initiated by the Guizhou Love Guizhou Public Welfare Service Center successfully completed material donations and project acceptance in Shadai Township, Ganluo County, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. 150 solar street lights were successfully installed and delivered for use, bringing warmth and convenience to the nighttime travel and daily life of about 1250 villagers in 5 local villages.

The "Lighting up the Rural Revitalization Road" public welfare project is coordinated and implemented by the Guizhou Love Guizhou Public Welfare Service Center, aiming to improve the lighting conditions in remote mountainous areas, enhance the quality of life of villagers, and help rural revitalization by donating solar street lights.
With the joint support of multiple caring enterprises, including New Coast (Yangzhou) Rope Co., Ltd., the project successfully completed equipment procurement, transportation, and installation work. After the completion of the project, the implementing unit and the recipient jointly conducted a systematic and standardized on-site acceptance and data review. The acceptance content covers four categories: equipment specifications, installation engineering, system performance, and documentation. All projects meet the standards and the acceptance results are qualified.

The Shadai Township People's Government stated in the "Implementation Certificate" that "the project has been completed and implemented, bringing great convenience to the villagers' lives and travel, further enhancing their sense of happiness and satisfaction." The street lamps not only illuminate the night in the mountain village, but also brighten the villagers' longing and confidence for a better life.

In the future, we will continue to work hand in hand to let love walk further and light up more hopes for rural revitalization.
