High Tensile Winch Power Line Stringing Traction Rope is a core tool for high-voltage power transmission projects specially designed for heavy-duty winches. It uses high-strength UHMWPE fiber as the base material and is compounded with a wear-resistant polyester braided outer sheath, processed by a special pre-stretching setting technology. The product's core advantages lie in its ultra-high tensile strength (minimum breaking force up to 50-300kN) and low self-weight ratio. Combined with the anti-slip and wear-resistant outer layer, it can perfectly adapt to the high-speed traction operations of various winches, effectively avoiding wear and tensile deformation of cables during dragging. Introduction


Developed for the high-strength operation needs of winch traction, this product strictly complies with international standards, ensuring reliability under extreme working conditions through multiple quality inspection processes. The base material is imported high-strength UHMWPE fiber, which enhances structural stability through parallel arrangement and twisting technology. Combined with the dense braiding technology of the polyester outer layer, it forms a dual structure of "inner strength and outer protection" — the tensile strength of the inner core is 3 times that of ordinary steel wire ropes, and the wear resistance of the outer layer is 60% higher than that of conventional traction ropes, which can withstand repeated friction of winch drums and gravity pulling of high-voltage cables.


The product has excellent mechanical properties and environmental adaptability: under rated working load, the elastic elongation rate is only 2-3%, far exceeding the industry average, ensuring precise control during traction; the temperature resistance range covers -40℃ to 80℃, with stable performance in extreme climate environments such as alpine mountains and high-temperature deserts, and it is completely non-absorbent and non-moldy, with a strength retention rate of 100% in humid environments. The innovative anti-kinking design and torque balance structure can effectively offset the torsional force generated during winch traction, avoid rope winding on the drum, and reduce potential construction safety hazards. The joint breaking strength loss is controlled within 8%, far exceeding the industry standard requirement of 15%.


In practical applications, the traction rope shows significant engineering value: when used with large winches, it can achieve continuous traction of more than 1000 meters for a single cable, improving construction efficiency by 40% compared to traditional tools, and the weight per meter is only 1/8 of that of steel wire ropes with the same strength, greatly reducing winch load and energy consumption; in the erection of long-span power lines such as cross-valley and cross-sea, its high tensile characteristics can adapt to the coordinated traction of multiple winches, ensuring stable cable deployment and avoiding cable damage caused by uneven tension; it supports customization of 8-50mm diameter and 100-2000m length, providing high-visibility color schemes such as orange and red to facilitate safety identification during construction.
