New Coast UV-resistant ratchet tie-down straps are designed for reliable cargo securement in outdoor transport, flatbed trucking, logistics, construction and equipment hauling. The system combines durable polyester webbing, a self-locking steel ratchet and vinyl-coated hooks to help secure cargo while reducing the risk of scratches on painted, coated or sensitive surfaces.
These ratchet straps are suitable for securing machinery, lumber, steel products, pallets, crates, motorcycles, ATVs, construction materials and other transport loads. Custom webbing widths, lengths, end fittings, colors, labels and packaging are available for distributors, fleet operators and private-label brands.
For cargo securement only. Do not use this product for lifting people or overhead lifting.
The strap is made from high-tenacity polyester webbing designed for outdoor transport conditions. Polyester provides good resistance to abrasion, moisture and everyday wear, helping the strap maintain dependable performance during repeated use.
Vinyl-coated hooks help reduce direct metal-to-surface contact when securing cargo. They are suitable for applications involving painted vehicles, coated metal products, wooden cases, machinery frames and other scratch-sensitive loads.
The steel ratchet mechanism provides controlled tensioning and secure locking during transport. Its self-locking gear structure helps keep the strap tightened after installation and supports efficient loading and unloading operations.
New Coast can customize ratchet tie-down straps according to your application requirements, including webbing width, strap length, hook style, logo printing, color, labels, packaging and load-rating configuration.

When selecting a ratchet tie-down strap for flatbed cargo, consider the following factors:
Cargo weight: Choose a strap with a verified working load limit suitable for the cargo and securement method.
Cargo surface: Vinyl-coated hooks are recommended for painted, coated or scratch-sensitive surfaces.
Webbing width: Wider webbing is generally used for heavier-duty cargo applications.
Required length: Measure the complete securement path, including the anchor points and ratchet position.
Hook type: Select hooks based on the trailer rail, anchor point or cargo-control hardware.
Transport environment: For outdoor and long-distance transport, select webbing and hardware suited to moisture, UV exposure and repeated use.
Inspect the webbing, stitching, ratchet and hooks before each use.
Do not use a damaged, cut, melted, frayed or excessively worn strap.
Do not exceed the marked working load limit.
Keep the webbing flat and free from sharp edges during use.
Use edge protectors where cargo edges may damage the webbing.
Do not use ratchet tie-down straps for lifting or suspending loads.
Follow applicable cargo securement regulations in the destination market.
